The Marina Village Master Plan including its waterfront promenade was approved April 28, 2014. We are now moving forward with the first phase of the plan, a 25-story, 132 unit tower, a waterfront beach club, a sundry shop that is open to the public, and the first portion of the waterfront promenade.
